1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your use of abselleague.com, the Absel Trading League (ATL) contests and every related service (together, the Service). The Service is operated by Absel Markets Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius (Company No. 229768), with its registered office at Level 6, Ken Lee Building, 20 Edith Cavell Street, Port Louis, Mauritius (we, us, our).
By creating an account, depositing funds or entering a contest you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Contest: a single trading competition with its own entry period, trading session and results, normally held once a day.
- Entry: one paid participation in a Contest. Each Entry receives its own Contest Account.
- Contest Account: a MetaTrader 5 account issued for one Entry and loaded with Contest Capital.
- Contest Capital: the starting balance of a Contest Account (currently 1,000 USD). It is not your money, it has no cash value and it cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
- Wallet: your balance on the Service, held in USDT, used to pay Entry Fees and to receive Prizes, refunds and rewards.
- Entry Fee: the price of one Entry (currently 10 USDT).
- Prize: an amount in USDT credited to the Wallet of an eligible Trader after a Contest.
- Trader or you: a registered user of the Service.
- Partner: a person admitted to our partner programme who introduces Traders.
3. Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- You are responsible for making sure that taking part in online trading contests and holding or transferring digital assets is lawful where you live. Do not use the Service where it is not permitted. We may refuse or restrict access from any country at our discretion.
- You may hold only one account. Accounts opened by the same person, on behalf of another person, or with someone else's identity or documents may be closed and their Prizes withheld.
- Employees of the operator and their close family members may not compete for Prizes unless we agree in writing.
4. Your account
- Give true, complete and current information when you register and keep it up to date. Your name must match the documents you may be asked to provide.
- Your email address is verified with a one-time code sent to it when you make your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are not processed without this code.
- Keep your password and the one-time codes we send you secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Your account is personal. Do not sell, share or transfer it.
5. Identity verification
For some payment methods (for example card payments) and whenever we reasonably need it to prevent fraud, money laundering or abuse, we may ask you to verify your identity and address. Verification is carried out through our verification provider. The name on your documents must match the name on your account exactly. Until verification is completed we may limit deposits, withdrawals or Contest entry. The provider's decision is applied as returned; we do not accept another person's documents in any case.
6. Deposits and the Wallet
- We accept deposits through the methods shown on the Deposit page, currently USDT on the TRON (TRC20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) networks and, in India, UPI.
- Crypto deposits are credited after confirmation on the blockchain, for the amount actually received. Always send only USDT on the network shown, to the address shown, within the payment window shown. Funds sent on the wrong network, to an old address, in another token or after the window may be delayed or may not be recoverable.
- UPI deposits are credited after our team has matched your payment, at the USD rate shown at the time of the deposit.
- The Wallet is not a bank account or an investment product and earns no interest. Wallet balances are shown and held in USDT.
- Deposits must come from your own payment account. We may return or hold payments that appear to come from a third party.
7. Withdrawals
- You may withdraw your available Wallet balance through the methods shown on the Withdraw page, currently USDT on BEP20 and, in India, bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is 10 USD (or the amount shown on the page).
- Each withdrawal must be confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email.
- Withdrawals up to an automatic limit are normally sent straight away; larger withdrawals are reviewed by our team first. We may delay, hold or refuse a withdrawal while we carry out checks for fraud, abuse, chargebacks or legal compliance.
- Check your withdrawal address carefully. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed; we are not responsible for funds sent to an address or account you gave us in error.
- Network or bank fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.
8. How Contests work
- The schedule of each Contest (entry period, trading session, results time) is shown on the website and in your account. Times on the public website are shown in UAE time.
- You enter a Contest by paying the Entry Fee from your Wallet. You may hold up to 10 Entries in one Contest, each paid in full. An Entry can be cancelled, with the fee refunded, only while the entry period is open.
- For each Entry you receive a Contest Account. Its login details are shown only in your account area (never by email) shortly before trading starts. Contest Accounts are reused for later Contests and are reset after each Contest; keep no personal data or settings on them.
- Contest Accounts are loaded with Contest Capital. Trading results on a Contest Account are used only to rank Traders; the Contest Capital and any profit on it are not paid out.
- Leverage, available instruments and trading conditions are those set on the contest server for that Contest (currently 1:500 on all instruments) and may change between Contests.
- When the trading session ends, open positions and pending orders are closed automatically at the prices then available and the account is disabled for trading.
9. Fair-play rules
The following are not allowed and may lead to disqualification of the Entry, loss of any Prize, closure of the account and, where relevant, reporting to the authorities:
- Expert Advisors, trading robots, scripts or any automated or algorithmic trading.
- High-frequency trading, latency or price-feed arbitrage, exploiting delayed or incorrect prices, or any trading that abuses the platform.
- Coordinating trades between your own Entries or with other Traders (for example opposite positions across accounts) to secure a ranking.
- Using more than one account, using another person's account, or collusion of any kind.
- Interfering with the Service, its servers or other users, or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
We decide in good faith whether these rules have been broken, using trading records and account data. Our decision on disqualification is final, subject to your rights under applicable law.
10. Leaderboard, ranking and Prizes
- Entries are ranked by the profit on the Contest Account when the trading session ends. Only Entries that finish with a profit above zero are eligible for a Prize.
- The Prize table on the website shows the Prizes on offer. The Prize available for each rank in a particular Contest depends on that Contest and is published on the leaderboard once the entry period closes. That published table is the one that applies.
- Prizes are credited to the Wallet of the eligible Trader after the results are confirmed, normally on the same evening. If several of your Entries finish in Prize positions, each is paid separately.
- We may correct results and Prizes affected by a technical error, incorrect price data or a breach of these Terms, including after they have been credited.
- You are responsible for any taxes due on Prizes and rewards in your country.
11. Cancelled or interrupted Contests
- We may cancel a Contest before trading starts, for example when too few Traders have entered. All Entry Fees for that Contest are then refunded to Traders' Wallets and you are notified in your account and by email.
- If a technical failure, a fault at a liquidity or data provider, or another event outside our reasonable control seriously affects a Contest, we may extend, pause, void or cancel it. Where a Contest is voided or cancelled, Entry Fees are refunded to Wallets; no other compensation is payable.
12. Partner programme and referrals
- Partners are admitted by us and earn a commission on Entry Fees paid by the Traders they introduce, at the rates agreed with them. Partner commissions are credited after each Contest.
- Where offered, a Trader who is not a Partner may share a personal referral link and receive a referral reward on Entry Fees paid by Traders who register through it, credited to the Wallet after each Contest. The current rate and conditions are shown in your account.
- Referral and partner rewards are not paid on your own Entries, on cancelled Entries or on accounts created to abuse the programme. We may change or end these programmes, or withhold rewards obtained through abuse.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or money laundering; make chargebacks or payment reversals for deposits you made; post offensive, abusive or misleading content in the live chat or elsewhere; impersonate any person; or advertise or share contact details in the chat. Chat messages may be moderated and are deleted after each Contest.
14. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting us; any available Wallet balance will be paid out to you, subject to the withdrawal rules and checks above. We may suspend or close your account, or refuse an Entry, if you breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Where we close an account without a breach on your part, we pay out the available Wallet balance.
15. Risk and no advice
Taking part involves risk. Each Entry Fee you pay can be lost. Most Entries do not win a Prize. Contest results depend on market movements and on your own decisions.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and the Service is not a trading or investment account. Past results on the leaderboard do not indicate future results. Take part only with money you can afford to lose.
16. Intellectual property
The Absel Trading League name, logo, website, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to take part in the Service. Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or reuse them without our written permission.
17. Our liability
- The Service is provided as available. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.
- We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection or devices, by third-party services (blockchains, wallets, banks, payment providers), by events outside our reasonable control, or by your breach of these Terms.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the Entry Fees you paid in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your breach of any law or of another person's rights.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms, for example when we change the Service, the Prize structure or the payment methods. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in your account or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Changes do not affect Contests already running.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint quickly. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
